Refund Policy

• Refund Policy- Return is applicable only if the product is damaged supported with images of the damaged item. Please write to jeweler.mas@gmail.com for returns with your order id and images of the damaged item. Items can be returned within 10-14 days from the order date.

• Once a product is accepted for return, refund is initiated within 5-7 days. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

• We do not provide exchange services as our items sell out very fast.
  we require an unboxing video with no cuts and editing of the package opening. The video should include the opening of the mailing envelope to the defect being showcased clearly.
